A fire at a farm building quickly got out of control after it was deliberately set alight yesterday near Scarborough.
Two fire crews from Kirkbymoorside and Pickering were called to the fire at a wooden agricultural building which had been deliberately set alight by the owner to the destroy it.
The fire quickly got out of hand and so firefighters were called to protect surrounding hedge lines and buildings to prevent the fire from spreading.

Hide AdThe fire happened at 7.01pm on Cross Lane in the village of Sinnington, next to the A170 near Pickering.
Crews used a 45mm jet, two hose reels jets, one of the fre engines to shuttle water and ceiling hooks to extinguish the blaze.
